Nothing in the use of the ConnectMyClean platform creates an employer–employee relationship between ConnectMyClean and any cleaning professional.
Cleaning professionals are responsible for:
Their own work methods and schedulesAny applicable licenses, certifications, or insuranceTheir own tools, equipment, and cleaning suppliesPayment of their own taxes and business obligations
Cleaning professionals are responsible for completing the services they accept through the platform.
ConnectMyClean does not supervise, direct, or control the work performed by independent cleaners.
Customers and cleaning professionals agree that ConnectMyClean’s role is limited to providing the platform that allows them to connect and schedule services.
ConnectMyClean is not responsible for:
Any concerns regarding a specific service should be addressed directly between the customer and the cleaning professional.
The performance of services provided by independent cleanersDisputes between customers and cleanersProperty damage caused during cleaning servicesPersonal injury or loss occurring during a scheduled service
ConnectMyClean provides scheduling tools, communication tools, and booking technology to facilitate service requests between customers and independent cleaners.
The platform does not guarantee the availability, suitability, or quality of any specific service provider.
